Was Walesa Wrong?

Lech Walesa commented that when the Kaczynski brothers worked for him they destroyed first with little regard to planning about what would replace that which they destroyed. "His approach is to first destroy and then think about what to build," Mr. Walesa said of the country's current president, Lech Kaczynski.
